We believe that food and beverage are the fuel for your students, employees, customers, and guests! Food Trucks PHX Mission is to create a community and help small businesses grow. As food truck owners ourselves we know the trials and tribulations of owning and running a mobile business. We want to ensure we are providing the best service to both our partners and the people we are feeding!
MEET OUR TEAM

Tommy D’Ambrosio
Executive Cheff
Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and has over a decade of fine dining experience. He was also crowned Chopped Champion on The Food Network in January of 2019 on the episode Tacos & Tequila! Chef Tommy was happy to start, own, and operate one of the fastest growing food truck experiences in Arizona. Chef Tommy has also lead Aioli brand into the winners’ circle of state & national competitions such as Arizona’s Burger Battle, Phoenix Devoured, and Scottsdale Culinary Classic Events. Food Trucks Phx is fueled by culinary innovation and Chef Tom is that Fuel. He can work with food trucks on creating menus to feed the masses and help activate large catering orders. His experience in the culinary realm helps us hand pick each truck we work with.

Kyle Hollenbeck
Owner/Director of Operations
Kyle is a founding member and Food Trucks PHX. He started this business to simplify the process of food trucks to get business and for event coordinators, corporations and schools to get food from a variety of awesome small businesses. He will help work with you on starting any food truck stop and make sure that the life of the stop is a successful one for the food trucks and for the clients. Kyle wants to always make sure you have the best experience when working with Food Trucks Phx.

Matt Calamia
Sales and Lead Generation Manager
Matt Calamia is a Phoenix native, raised in a large Italian family and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree. Matt's passion is in education but he is taking a break from that to join the Aioli Team. He enjoys working out, hanging out with the family and is a former college athlete. He is also a huge fan of the Cubs and Packers. Matt is super excited to plan your next food truck event!

Vivianna D’Ambrosio
Director of Event Sales and Restaurants
Vivianna D’Ambrosio was born and raised in a large Italian family in Westchester, New York. She started cooking with her grand mother in the kitchen at a very young age which sparked her passion for food and cooking. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America she worked at The Greenbrier, Americas Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia under some of the most talented chefs but she soon realized that she had a deeper passion for front of house operations. She moved to Arizona with her husband Tom D’Ambrosio and continued to work at resorts in the valley which eventually led her into event planning and sales. She is excited and eager to create your next food truck event!

Jayson King
Sales Manager
Jayson is a Sales Manager at Aioli Burger and our family of brands. Prior to joining the sales team, his family was invested in multiple restaurants throughout the Valley. Through that time, he's built many relationships growing a better understanding of the industry. Always ready to lend a helping hand, and make your event a success!

Sean Martin
District Manager
Sean Martin came on board in 2021 to take Food Trucks Phx to help us get our pop up and catering business to the next level. With experience working in the large scale catering and cafeteria space Sean was able to get operations streamlined to run large scale catering events with a small amount of staff. Our onsite operations team lead by Sean can work with you on your event, food truck stop and catering to ensure it gets done to the clients utmost satisfaction.

Brandon Johnson
Marketing Manager
Brandon Johnson grew up in the metro Phoenix area and has a deep passion and appreciation for the Valley of the Sun. Before coming to Aioli Burger, he spent much of his career in digital marketing, B2B sales, branding building, and content creation. His passion for collaborating with local businesses goes hand in hand with his education in Media arts and his accomplished marketing and business development background. Outside of work you can find him hiking every mountain, peak, or canyon in this great state.

Sonoma Sanders
Digital Marketing Specialist
Sonoma is a California native who moved to Phoenix in 2021. She graduated with a degree in photography and has always had a passion for creating visual content. The food industry is always so exciting and never boring which is what she enjoys. Her photography background is going to bring a fresh new take to the social media pages. Outside of work she enjoys being around friends and trying unique sour beers!

Patricia Armenta
Administrator of Events & Ambassador of Fun
Patricia is a mom of 5 and has loved every minute of it!! Though at times she would not mind renting out a child (or a pet) for an afternoon…. This has probably been the foundation that has formed a lot of her personality in her work life. She is also an Arizona native! Patricia’s motto is, “No matter the situation, there is always a solution….always have a Plan B….or C….or D….” You can find Patricia assisting our clients and our team members on a daily basis to ensure total success. She is here to share the Aioli Family love and looks forward to making your next event memorable!
