Food Truck Phx was launched this year by the creators of Aioli Gourmet Burgers and their family of brands. Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio and Sales/Operations Extraordinaire Kyle Hollebeck are phoenix natives that have cracked the code when it comes to serving the great people of the valley over the past 9 years.
We can activate large caterings with multiple operators and create long-term relationships.

Want a pop-up inside? We offer a pop-up inside your building where we can offer food for your employees and allow them to stay inside to avoid any weather that might put a damper on your event. These can be drop-off catering or chef-manned stations.
