Steps to Reserve a Food Truck

Interested in reserving a food truck for a catering event? Follow the steps below!

  1. Fill out an application for Temporary Food Establishment Permit.
    1. All events on any of ASU’s campuses require a temporary food permit, with payment going directly to ASU.
    2. Please return this completed application and the $85.00 permit fee at least 7 working days prior to the date of the event.
      1. If the completed application and payment are received less than 7 working days prior to the event, the fee will be $125.00.
    3. Money Order or Check Only.
      1. Payable to: “Arizona State University” .
